It looks awful. Read the comments on Reddit and Twitter. Everyone hates it. Chrome devs even forced you not being able to do workarounds in version 126 to revert back to the old UI. In fact, users dislike the new UI so much that people are literally uninstalling Chrome, downloading a previous version (125.0.6422.77), using the revert UI method, and then preventing Chrome from updating. People are sacrificing their security just to use a normal version of Chrome's UI

The question you should be asking is, why did MS create the ability to remotely execute code on your computer by ANY means?? Look at all the processes that Windows runs. Many of them are making connections across the internet to god knows where!

This didn't work for me for some reason. I am using Windows 10 Home 22H2, so I followed your registry hacks, but when I restarted and went to the update page, the "Get the latest updates...." button wasn't greyed out and it all looked the same as before. I double checked to see if I'd mis-typed anything. I spotted one typo which I corrected. Same result....

Visited my mother-in-law yesterday and she was in half a panic. Windows 11 had "accidentally" self-ruined her computer. Luckily it was within the grace period so a rollback was still possible. I did this exact thing on her computer to stop it from redoing the install next week. Now, I hope they don't roll out an update that ignores this and forces the downgrade on you anyway.

It might be a good idea for most of us to start stocking up on PCs and laptops with windows 10 if you dont want Windows 11 New World Order Microsoft. I am also switching to Linux - Mint instead of the New World Order shit! Be careful everything you do going forward. Cheers !!
